The two girls really adore each other. Rachel wrote "Lauren is the like to share her all toys. Rachel I love Lauren."

Colored Pen Snow

Lauren likes to pound the paper with pens. Many of our pen tips are quite splintered.

Rachel = Belle

I get to do some drawings by request. Usually it is Rachel wanting to color her favorite princess, Belle. She wants to be Belle. Princess Rachel doesn't work for her.

Lauren likes watercolors but needs to work on her regular smile.

To my future husband

Rachel decided that she wanted to marry Jackson, a sweet boy in her class at school. After many proposals, he accepted. Below is a picture of the happy couple.

Crayon on Paper - July 9

Rachel likes drawing and writing sentences on her work. This one says "I love you more than past 15 million Mommy and Alex". Rachel wouldn't say why she wrote Alex and not Daddy.
















Lauren likes to use these twistable crayons as well.
She can make capital "L"'s and knows that they are her letter.

Why

I take pictures of a lot of the girls' artwork. I figure that the artwork may not always be kept or last but the photos will. So instead of picking and choosing a just a couple shots for the DoveGirls blog I have set up this DoveArt blog for their more extensive portfolios. And maybe when I have more time I can add some of my art as well.
